We feel most alive when we are living in that exact place. And that doesn’t have to be whitewater rafting or approaching the top of Mt. Everest. It can be doing a job that we love and excel at, finding a moment of strong connection with our partner, having a good laugh, or just sitting down for a rejuvenating rest.
How tuned in are we to why we’re doing what we’re doing? How aware are we of what’s real and what we’ve imagined? Are we lying to ourselves and others by hiding through our words and choices? Or are we living with truth and passion?
